Terms of membership.

Who we are

BULLAIRE is a private research membership operated by Bullaire World ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at admin@bullaire.world.

These terms apply when you use bullaire.world or any BULLAIRE membership. By creating an account or paying for membership, you agree to them.

What BULLAIRE provides

BULLAIRE is a paid research subscription. We publish research on crypto-asset token sales, listings and emerging opportunities. Members receive each brief by email, and every brief is also kept in the member archive. We aim to publish one or two briefs a week; the number can vary.

We never hold your money. BULLAIRE is not an exchange, wallet or investment service. You do not deposit funds with us, and we do not hold, manage, trade or invest money for anyone. The only payment we ever ask for is the membership fee, and it pays for access to research.

Research for information only. Nothing we publish is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It is not personalised to your circumstances and it is not an offer, recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Decide for yourself, and get independent advice where you need it.

Who can join

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for making sure that accessing crypto research, and dealing in crypto-assets, is lawful where you live.
• You may not join if you are subject to sanctions, or if you live in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions.

Your account

You sign in with a secure link sent to your email address, so keep access to that inbox secure. Your membership is for you alone. Do not share your sign-in, forward briefs outside your own use, or let others use your account. We may suspend accounts that share access.

Membership and payment

• The membership fee is a one-off payment for three months of access to research. It is not a deposit or an investment, and it is not held on your behalf.
• Your three months start on the date your payment is verified.
• The price is shown at checkout. It is currently $300, paid in USDC on the Solana network. Valid discount codes reduce the price shown before you pay.
• Send the exact amount shown to the wallet address shown, on the Solana network. Your membership activates only once the payment is verified on-chain.
• If you renew before your membership ends, the new three months start when the current period ends.
• Memberships do not renew automatically.
• Check the network, token and address before you pay. A membership payment sent on the wrong network, in the wrong token or to the wrong address may not be recoverable. We will help where we can, but we cannot guarantee it. Network fees are yours to pay.

Cancelling and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the law normally lets you cancel an online purchase within 14 days. Because membership gives you immediate access to research, that right ends once access begins, provided you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel.

To cancel within that window, email admin@bullaire.world with your account email and your transaction signature. Apart from this right and any other rights you have under law, membership fees are non-refundable.

Accuracy and limits of our research

• We prepare research from sources we believe are reliable as of the date stated in each brief. It may still contain errors, and it can become out of date.
• Prices, valuations and other figures are given as of the date stated. When we find an error, we correct it and note the correction on the brief.
• We are not obliged to update every brief after publication.
• Past performance, including the performance shown in our archive, does not predict future results.
• The tokens we research are highly volatile. If you choose to buy any of them, through an exchange or platform of your choice, you can lose all of the money you put in.

Our content

All research, text, data presentation and design on BULLAIRE belong to Bullaire World or its licensors. While your membership is active, you may read and use the research for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, republish, resell, redistribute or publicly share our research, in whole or in substantial part. You may not scrape it, or use it to build a competing product or to train software models, without our written permission. Short quotes with clear credit to BULLAIRE are fine.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site or its security, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use automated tools to collect content from the site.

Liability

• You are responsible for your own investment and trading decisions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise from decisions you make using our research.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending a membership

Because memberships do not renew automatically, your access simply ends when your membership period ends. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, for example by sharing access or redistributing research. If we do so because of a breach, no refund is due.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell members by email or on the site before it takes effect. The terms in force when you pay apply to that membership period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the member state of the European Union in which Bullaire World is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
